- Free US shipping for orders over $100, receive in 3 - 5 days via USPS

- Flat rate of $20 for all other country orders via FedEx Express Priority in 2-3 days
Returns:
We are happy to accept exchanges and returns within 21 days of receipt. However, we do not accept exchanges or returns for earrings or beauty products for sanitary purposes.

Free Exchange:
Select an item for exchange and email us with your order number and exchange item request to avoid paying restocking fees. We will send out your exchange for free & provide you with a return label.

Refund:
Email us with your order number & item you would like to return. We will send you a return label and $13 will be deducted for the return shipping label & restocking fees per item returned. International returns will have $25 deducted per item from the return amount for handling & restocking fees.

Are your jewelry water resistant? Does that mean I can shower in them?
Our jewelry is 18K Gold Plated, which means yes they are water and tarnish resistant! They are perfectly safe to wear in the pool/ocean swimming etc. They are also great for working out and resistant to sweat. However we do not recommend wearing them to shower daily as the plating would come off quicker. Also avoid spraying sunscreen/perfume directly onto jewelry.

How can I take care of my jewelry?
Our jewelry is pretty low maintenance! If you are swimming in the ocean, we recommend rinsing off the jewelry in tap water before storing so that the salt does not sit on the plating for too long. It is not a necessary step, but if you want to preserve the pieces for longer, it may help. Other than that, you can polish your jewelry with a microfiber cloth to keep them shiny after use.

Everyday necklace!

I kept seeing This brand on Instagram. And I was a bit hesitant because literally every piece of jewelry Ayon will tarnish!! But seeing how cute all the designs were I decided to order the three strand necklace as my every day jewelry. I absolutely love it I went to go work out I went in the pool and I even showered with it and not one sign of a green neck! Green neck is NOT sexy ! Will definitely order more I am looking forward to starting my hey Maeve collection

HEYMAEVE was founded as a way to regain control of my life after a traumatic sexual assault experience. The business has given me not only my power but also the amazing opportunity to build an inclusive community that empowers women.

The founder’s story.

Hi, My name is Alicia; I am originally from Singapore and moved to the US 8 years ago to pursue fashion in NYC. I had a blast running a fashion business in one of the largest fashion cities in the world, but I took a short hiatus to start a family. I now have two beautiful little girls, Emma & Elizabeth. 5 years later, I am back in business with a new lifestyle brand, HEYMAEVE.

My mission is to inspire, empower and give back. As a victim of sexual assault and of a system that would not protect me when I came forward, giving back to similar causes is an important part of the HEYMAEVE brand. To have this platform and to build a community of women who support and empower one another has been so rewarding and exactly what my soul needed.

As a woman of color ( I am Singaporean Chinese), I want to emphasize that all are welcome at the table at HEYMAEVE. We stand by the BLM movement, Stop Asian Hate, and continue to advocate for our friends of color. We also ensure that our products are accessible to everyone anywhere in the world. So, we offer affordable and quick international shipping and are working on distributing our products in physical stores globally.

In the future, I aim to provide jobs for other creative women looking to expand their horizons, moms looking to go back to work, survivors finding their steps back into a career and more.
