Shipping and Returns
Shipping:
- $6.95 flat rate for all US orders under $100 via USPS in 3-5 days
- Free US shipping for orders over $100, receive in 3 - 5 days via USPS
- Free US shipping for orders over $200 via FedEx Express 2 day shipping
- Free shipping for all international orders over $200 via FedEx Express Priority in 2-3 days
- Flat rate of $20 for all other country orders via FedEx Express Priority in 2-3 days
We are happy to accept exchanges and returns within 21 days of receipt. However, we do not accept exchanges or returns for earrings or beauty products for sanitary purposes.
Free Exchange:
Select an item for exchange and email us with your order number and exchange item request to avoid paying restocking fees. We will send out your exchange for free & provide you with a return label.
Refund:
Email us with your order number & item you would like to return. We will send you a return label and $13 will be deducted for the return shipping label & restocking fees per item returned. International returns will have $25 deducted per item from the return amount for handling & restocking fees.
PS: Items that were purchased on sale (including the use of promo codes) may be returned for store credit / exchange only
